BoomBet Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Casino & Betting Rules

Welcome to BoomBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by BoomBet, including the online casino, live casino, sports betting, crash games and any other features made available through the BoomBet website at boombet.im ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all registered users ("Player," "you," "your") of the BoomBet platform.

By creating a BoomBet account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with BoomBet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the BoomBet platform.

BoomBet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. Continued use of BoomBet after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically. Where a change materially affects your rights, BoomBet will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address registered on your account.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register a BoomBet account and to use any part of the Platform. BoomBet enforces this requirement strictly. If it is discovered at any time that a player is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be voided. BoomBet will report confirmed underage access to the appropriate authorities where required.

One account per person. Each natural person may hold only one registered BoomBet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate information. You must provide truthful, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. BoomBet may request updated documentation at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BoomBet login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BoomBet will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify BoomBet support immediately via live chat or at support@boombet.im. All activity under your credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach promptly.

• Accounts are for personal use only — commercial or professional syndicate use is not permitted.
• Accounts held by persons acting on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• BoomBet reserves the right to decline any registration application without giving a reason.

BoomBet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. All players may be asked to verify their identity before processing withdrawals or at any time BoomBet deems appropriate.

Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (CNIC) or passport.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement or official document issued within the last 3 months showing your name and address.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account used for deposits.
• A selfie or live verification image where required for higher withdrawal amounts.

BoomBet will review submitted documents within two business days in most cases. Withdrawals may be held during verification. Providing fraudulent identity documents will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to appropriate authorities.

Deposit methods. BoomBet accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. No deposit fee is charged by BoomBet — your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are your responsibility.

Deposit processing times. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically clear within 30 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour. Card deposits process within minutes. Deposits are credited to your BoomBet wallet only once confirmed by the payment network. BoomBet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requirements. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete). Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If that method is unavailable, BoomBet support will arrange an alternative. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. BoomBet VIP Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing.

Minimum and maximum withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account dashboard. Players on higher VIP tiers have elevated withdrawal limits. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification.

• BoomBet does not accept deposits from third parties. Your deposit method must be registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5).
• BoomBet may delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering concerns or unresolved KYC issues are present.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative fee on withdrawal.

BoomBet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. The following general rules apply to all BoomBet bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering requirements. Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement for each BoomBet bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page before you claim it.

Game contribution. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including Baccarat, Andar Bahar and Roulette contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). Aviator and crash games contribute at the rate stated in the specific promotion terms. Sports betting contribution varies by market.

• Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• BoomBet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonuses claimed through irregular means — including creating multiple accounts — will be voided.
• Winnings derived from bonus play that do not meet wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• BoomBet VIP Club cashback is paid on net losses as specified in the VIP programme terms and is not subject to wagering requirements.
• BoomBet may amend bonus terms or withdraw promotions at any time with reasonable notice.

General gaming rules. All casino games and sports bets on BoomBet are governed by the specific rules of each game or market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Sports betting rules are displayed on the relevant market page. In the case of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule takes precedence for that game.

Sports betting. All bets accepted on BoomBet sportsbook, including PSL betting, are subject to the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• BoomBet reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a pricing error. You will be notified promptly and your stake refunded.
• If an event is abandoned before a result is determined, bets will be settled according to BoomBet's abandonment policy as displayed on the relevant market page.
• Maximum stake limits apply per selection and per event. These are displayed at bet placement.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for a payout. One void selection does not automatically void the accumulator — it reduces to a lower accumulator at the remaining odds.

Casino and live casino. BoomBet uses certified RNG software for all digital casino games. Live casino games are operated by licensed studios — Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Results are final. BoomBet cannot reverse a live casino result once the round has settled.

Technical failures. If a game or bet is interrupted by a technical fault on BoomBet's side before a result is determined, the round will be voided and your stake returned. BoomBet is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

BoomBet is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a way to make money, solve financial problems or compensate for losses. BoomBet provides tools to help players manage their activity and encourages their use.

Available responsible gaming tools on BoomBet include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Changes that lower your limit take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from BoomBet for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the BoomBet platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the stated period. BoomBet will not knowingly re-accept a self-excluded player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BoomBet platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

• Fraud and cheating: Using any software, bot, script, exploit or artificial method to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on BoomBet.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker or other competitive games.
• Money laundering: Using BoomBet to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gambling.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting BoomBet promotional offers through multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns or any other method designed to extract bonus value unfairly.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback with your payment provider after a deposit has been used for gambling. Any funds subject to a chargeback will be removed from your BoomBet balance and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Identity fraud: Registering or operating a BoomBet account using another person's identity or payment details without their explicit consent.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets on all outcomes of an event across BoomBet and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of result.

BoomBet uses automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited activities. If you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged, contact support at support@boombet.im with full details. BoomBet will review all disputes fairly and respond within five business days.

All content on the BoomBet platform — including but not limited to the BoomBet brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional material and software — is the property of BoomBet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, broadcast or create derivative works from any BoomBet content without prior written permission from BoomBet. Scraping, mirroring or systematic extraction of data from the BoomBet platform using automated tools is prohibited.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios. BoomBet licenses this content for use on the Platform; it does not own the underlying game software.

BoomBet's services are provided "as is." While BoomBet makes every reasonable effort to maintain a stable, fair and secure platform, BoomBet cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoomBet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's own gambling decisions.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or internet connectivity failures not caused by BoomBet's own infrastructure.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the Platform.

BoomBet's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30-day period. Nothing in these Terms limits BoomBet's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by BoomBet's negligence.

BoomBet collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the BoomBet platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

BoomBet uses your data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and communicate promotions where you have opted in. BoomBet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and game studios only to the extent required to deliver the service.

Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and secured storage at rest. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data by contacting support@boombet.im. Full details of BoomBet's data practices are in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments. BoomBet may amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where changes materially affect player rights, BoomBet will provide advance notice via email where possible. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

Disputes. If you have a complaint about any aspect of BoomBet's service, you should first contact BoomBet customer support via live chat or at support@boombet.im. BoomBet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within five business days. BoomBet's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes and account matters is final where it has been made following a fair review process.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be interpreted in the manner closest to the original intent.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with BoomBet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BoomBet regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications on the same subject.
